I took my punctured tyre in Monday 22/01/23 @ 10.00 after having been quoted a price on the phone. The person I spoke to said I should pick the tyre up that day before 4pm. It had not been done by the end of Monday and the same operative said I should come back at 10.00 the next day. I arrived at 11.00. The operative I spoke to said he didn't know if my tyre had been repaired but pointed at it. I went to check and it had not been repaired. I decided that I was not happy leaving something as important as tyres to these people so picked up my wheel and took it away to another dealer.
